People seriously think Meghan Markle is faking her pregnancy
The Duchess of Sussex is no stranger to online trolls — but this latest conspiracy is absolutely bonkers.
Meghan Markle been subjected to racist, classist and misogynistic scrutiny from both the media and the public, and now some people think she’s lying about being pregnant.
If Meghan really was pregnant, she would be having considerable weight gain at 6 months. No signs of a bigger face, no swelling of legs and other parts of the body at all. #MoonBump

The hashtag that people are using to discuss Meghan’s supposed fake pregnancy is #moonbump, often accompanied by #megxit, which is a play on the word Brexit. The #moonbump refers to the alleged prosthetic bump or pillow that the Duchess “wears” under her clothes to “fake” her pregnant belly.
Ι deeply dislike conspiracy theories but this pregnancy looks so fake. There is nothing wrong with using a surrogate or not being able to have kids BUT it is wrong to lie to so many peaple. Brits dont deserve this. #Megxit #moonbump #MeghanMarkle

This was the #moonbump she wore when this picture was taken. The #CharlatanDuchess is a #DuchessofDeception. Beware @KensingtonRoyal #megxit pic.twitter.com/TwAcSBz4gR

People have really gone all-in with their opinions on Markle’s every single move, what she’s wearing, her physical movements and her baby bump.
#Meghan squats yet again in her beach dress, in heels, in Morocco. Tell me how is the baby feeling inside? #moonbump #MeghanMarkle #Squatgate #bumpgate pic.twitter.com/Du9r6BjOBU

In addition to what you said, she is wearing 4 inch heels. The bulk, weight, and girth of a real baby would not accomadate this crouching and springing up behavior, without assistance. #moonbump

In the first pic her “bump” is visible then in the second pic it goes flat because it’s literally falling out from under her top! Hey Meghan your moonbump is showing! #MEGXIT #megxit #magicbabybump #moonbump #CharlatanDuchess #NotMyDuchessEVER #fakepregnancy pic.twitter.com/OuZyLPGtIH

Included in the wild conspiracy theories are incredibly unkind comments about the Duchess and her “deception.”
#MeghanMarkle sure loves taking presents from the peasants! Look at her greedy face…cant make up her mind what to grab first! Greedy and oh so thirsty. #DuchessofDeception #CharlatanDuchess #MeghanMarkle #moonbump pic.twitter.com/V97tJf7nw2

Shakedown. Scam. Con. She’s got to be getting this free on the sly & pocketing the cash.
If the BRF plays along with this thinking it will help appease POC they deserve to fall & they will.
How much is Meghan Markle's Morocco wardrobe worth?#moonbump https://t.co/XtkqU9u72b

Of course, amid all the madness, there is always voices of reason:
If anybody wants to go down a rabbit hole of insanity today I invite you to look into the conspiracies that Megan Markle is not pregnant and wearing what is called a #moonbump. It is wild that people's bigotry and hated of the idea of a WOC in the Royal Family stretches this far.
