Pippa Middleton is following in her big sister Kate's footsteps, and isn't finding out the gender of her first child with her husband James Matthews. Pippa's brother-in-law Spencer Matthews revealed the news earlier this week on the UK talk show This Morning.

"Do they know if they’re having a boy or a girl?" host Ruth Langsford asked.

"They don’t," he replied. "They’re extremely private and honestly, we know nothing."

As People noted, Pippa's sister Duchess Kate also kept the sex of all three her kids a surprise.

Pippa's little one will have lots of cousins to play with. In addition to Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and little Prince Louis, Spencer is expecting a child with his wife, model Vogue Williams.

"I think it will be great for the kids to kind of grow up together and such, and we feel very blessed," he says about his future niece or nephew.

It's unclear exactly when Pippa is due, though it is probably sometime early this fall. After months of rumors, she officially confirmed that she was pregnant in June in a new fitness and exercise column for the publication Waitrose Weekend.

In that first article, she shared several exercises for fellow pregnant women to try including lunges, squats with light weights, and "reverse flyes."

"Fitness gives me a life balance, it gives me energy, and helps clear my mind," she wrote. "I've noticed my body change but through exercise I feel it's being strengthened."
