Pippa Middleton is reportedly pregnant with her second baby
Get ready to sound the exciting news klaxon! As it's reported that Pippa Middleton, Kate Middleton's sister (who played a pivotal role in her wedding to Prince William), is pregnant with her second child. Already a mother to Arthur, who she shares with her husband James Matthews (Spencer Matthew's brother no less! Still keeping up here?), it's thought that Pippa will be adding to her brood next year.
The news comes via Page Six, who say a source close to the family let the news slip and added that Kate and Pippa's parents, Michael and Carole Middleton, are over the moon at the thought of having another grandchild. The source said: "Pippa and James are thrilled, it’s fantastic news amid a difficult year. The entire family is delighted."
Pippa delivered her son, whose full name is Arthur Michael William, on 15 October 2018 in the Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital in London – the same place that her nieces and nephews, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, made their entrance into the world. It's thought that Pippa and Kate are incredibly close, so no doubt the three royal children will be looking forward to having another cousin to play with!
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are also looking forward to welcoming two more new sprogs into the fold next year, as William's cousin, Princess Eugenie is currently pregnant with her first child. She and husband Jack Brooksbank wed just three days before the birth of Pippa's son Arthur, on 12 October 2018. They announced their happy news on social media by posting the sweetest snap of a pair of baby slippers, along with the caption: "Jack and I are so excited for early 2021....👶🏻."
Another of William's cousins, Zara, is also pregnant. She and rugby player husband, Mike Tindall, already share two daughters, Mia and Lena, and are looking forward to welcoming a third child in 2021. Zara has bravely spoken out about experiencing a miscarriage in the past too, no doubt helping countless of other families in the process with her honesty.
