There was an eclipse in your sign during September, which could have caused a rather stressful day. Eclipses are cosmic wildcards and lead to shakeups. And there's another one on Wednesday, October 2, although this takes place in Libra and affects your intense and sex-oriented 8th House. While last month's lunar eclipse is associated with endings, the one this month coincides with the new moon phase, and thus is associated with beginnings. If you're single, you might swipe on someone who you end up having extreme chemistry with, and even long-term partnerships could undergo a whirlwind of passion. However, be aware that eclipses tend to be stressful and chaotic, so all that sexual chemistry could come with intense emotions that you must manage carefully.

A week later, on Wednesday, October 9, the expansive planet Jupiter goes retrograde, affecting your 4th House of Home and Family. During this time, you're going to be reconsidering your living situation. Perhaps you finally start some renovations on your home or things become tense with a roommate. You might just decide that you need a new mattress and want to revamp your bedroom so it's more conducive to a good night's sleep. These changes will fold out over the course of the retrograde, which lasts through February, meaning it won't be as obvious as Mercury's backward dance.

However, this is especially significant because Pluto is currently dipping briefly back into Capricorn in a move that began last month. It first entered Capricorn in 2008, but moved into Aquarius earlier this year and will move back there for good (or at least until 2043) in November, marking the end of the chapter. Think back to your life in 2008. Did anything important happen? That chapter is now coming to a close, and the planet's visit to Pluto is a chance to say goodbye to that. But what happens next, which, will likely come with new friends, will be a welcome change.
