ICYMI, King Charles is apparently inviting Queen Camilla's children and grandchildren to the royal family's annual holiday gathering at Sandringham, according to a new ITV report. By which we mean the royal family will continue to have a chokehold on us until early 2024 at the very least ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

A lil refresher for ya: The royals' Christmas Day tradition at Sandringham House goes back literal decades and consists of members of the family walking to church at St. Mary Magdalene and then returning to the country home for a festive lunch.

And according to the previously mentioned ITV intel from royals editor Chris Ship, it seems as though this year, the guest list for the lunch will also include Camilla's children—Tom Parker Bowles and Laura Lopes—, her five grandchildren—Lola, Freddy, Eliza, Louis, and Gus—, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson—who will reportedly stay at Wood Farm on the estate—, and her sister Annabel Elliot...not to mention King Charles, Prince William and Kate Middleton, and the Whalses three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. (BTW, Kate, Wills, and the rest of their immediate family will reportedly not need Sandringham accommodation, as they have their own country home, Anmer Hall, nearby.)

Royal Editor Chris Ship described the "major alterations" to the Sandringham Christmas and quoted a source who dished that, "The Queen has invited her children and grandchildren this year which is different from previous years."

Ship also noted that the addition of the Queen’s family, and the extra space that would be needed to ensure they have space during the festivities, means that the Christmas lunch will now be served in the ballroom of Sandringham House rather than the dining room where it typically has taken place. Good! To! Know!

P.S. In past years, Camilla would actually leave the royal family's Christmas gathering in the afternoon in order to spend time alongside her own children, grandchildren, and loved ones on the holiday. However, during an interview with People, royal biographer Ingrid Seward speculated that she would begin to play a large role in hosting the holiday festivities after Queen Elizabeth's death when she noted that Camilla "will be a real presence" and "can't have [Charles] hosting his first Christmas on his own."

"Charles has always been very, very fond of Sandringham. Christmas within any family is always about tradition. He will keep it the same as it ever was," she added.

Whelp, this has been an update!
