Queen Camilla is officially stepping into Queen Elizabeth II's footsteps.
The Queen Consort joined her husband King Charles and other senior members of the royal family last night at a super fancy banquet in celebration of South African President Cyril Ramaphosa's state visit. This was the first state dinner hosted by the royals since back in 2016, not to mention the first of King Charles' reign. So yep, a big deal! Such a big deal that the royals went ahead and broke out their collection of tiaras.

Which brings us to Queen Camilla specifically, who wore Queen Elizabeth's sapphire tiara along with her sapphire necklace. Here's Queen Camilla in the tiara and necklace combo:
And here's Queen Elizabeth before her:
According to the Daily Mail, this sapphire tiara is part of a collection of sapphire jewelry started by King George VI on Queen Elizabeth's wedding day. The collection also includes a necklace, a bracelet, three rings, and some earrings. And fun fact: The tiara was previously a necklace purchased for Princess Louise of Belgium in the late 19th century. She ended up selling it to pay her debts, and it was eventually turned into a tiara and ended up in the hands of the British royals.
Anyway! Before we go, Kate Middleton also showed up fully decked out, wearing the always iconic Lover's Knot Tiara, which was owned by Queen Mary but is most closely associated with Princess Diana. She paired the tiara with a white, caped gown covered in sequins at the shoulders.
