Queen Letizia of Spain Welcomes Springtime in Vibrant Blouse and Pleated Skirt for Royal Visit in Granada

Queen Letizia of Spain brought warm, springtime hues to her latest royal outing on Tuesday in Granada. The Spanish royal visited the Mind, Brain and Behavior Research Center of the University of Granada. The royal attended the presentation of the chair in psycho-neuro-immunology-clinical, described as a study in the interaction and communication between the various systems of the body.

For the daytime outing, the royal wore a vibrant orange cotton blouse with long sleeves rolled up to her elbows and a crew neckline. Queen Letizia continued the orange color motif with her skirt.

The royal favored a cream skirt with an illusion element. Not only did the flowing garment feature pleating throughout, the look also incorporated shades of orange that peaked throughout the cream fabric for an added coordinative element.

Queen Letizia continued to favor warm tones with her accessories. The royal wore a pair of dangling earrings with shades of soft gold and muted warm tones. She also wore a pair of pointed toe neutral beige kitten heels to complete her sartorial statement.

Over the course of the last several weeks, Queen Letizia slowly began to transition to a warmer color palette and feminine elements with the arrival of spring. For a hosting occasion at the Zarzuela Palace in Madrid on March 18, the royal wore a knit maxidress courtesy of Spanish label Indi & Cold.

The knit garment merged the warm marsala tone with a lightness of fabric that didn’t feel or appear to be overpowering for the royal. She paired the garment with over-the-knee boots and added a statement black belt to her waist — harkening back to a style often attributed to early 2000s fashion choices.

Queen Letizia’s style is incredibly versatile. While the Spanish royal is keen on and able to style feminine looks like her attire for Tuesday’s outing with ease, she is also known to wear power suits and embrace business attire in looks by Mango and more.
