The Queen Will Be Buried With Prince Philip In Windsor Castle During A Private Family Service On Monday Evening
The Queen's state funeral will take place at Westminster Abbey on Monday September 19 at 11am. The occasion will be marked with a national Bank Holiday.
And on Thursday afternoon it was revealed that Her Majesty will be buried with her husband Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh in King George VI’s chapel in Windsor Castle.
This will take place during a private service at 7.30pm on Monday.

Ahead of the proceedings, the Lord Chamberlain's Office, Buckingham Palace and a spokesperson for the King Charles III have released details about the day, including what is to be expected by members of the royal family and the government.
Prior to the late monarch's funeral, the Queen will lie in state at Westminster Hall for four days so the public can pay their respects, and a timeline of other events will occur in the lead up to the sombre occasion.

When will the Queen's funeral take place?
The Queen's state funeral will be held at Westminster Abbey at 11am on Monday, September 19.
Will the Queen's funeral be a national Bank Holiday?
Yes. It will allow people, businesses and other organisations to pay tribute to the longest reigning monarch in British history.
What will happen ahead of and on the day of the Queen's funeral?
On Friday at 7.30pm, a vigil around the Queen's Coffin will held by the King, the Princess Royal, the Duke of York, and the Earl of Wessex.
On the Monday morning, the day of the State Funeral, we will see the Lying-in-State end at 06.30am as the final members of the public are admitted.
At 8am the door to Westminster Abbey will open for the congregation to begin taking their seats.
At 10.44am the coffin will be borne in Procession on the State Gun Carriage of the Royal Navy from the Palace of Westminster to Westminster Abbey for the State Funeral.
Immediately following the Coffin will be members of the King’s household.
The procession will arrive at the West Gate of Westminster Abbey at 10.52am where the Bearer Party will lift the coffin from the State Gun Carriage and carry it into the Abbey for the funeral service.
At 11:55am on Monday, the nation will observe a two minute silence, before the national anthem and a lament played by the Queen's piper brings Her Majesty's state funeral to a close at noon.
The King will scatter earth on his mother's coffin at 7pm during the private family service.
Thereafter, Her Majesty will be laid in King George VI’s chapel in Windsor Castle next to her husband Prince Philip, during a private family service at 7.30pm.
She will also be next to her father King George VI and mother, Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother.
The procession will be followed by a committal service in St George's Chapel.
What will happen following the Queen's funeral?
Following the funeral, Her Majesty's coffin will travel in a procession from Westminster Abbey to Wellington Arch before being transported to Windsor. The State Hearse will travel to St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle via the Long Walk.
The day after the funeral, King Charles and Camilla, Queen Consort will go to Belfast and then to Hillsborough Castle, at which point they will view an exhibition of the late Queen's life.
King Charles will also meet the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland and party leaders, before and he and his wife attend a service at St Anne's Cathedral.
