'Results come from hard work': Jenna Jameson celebrates 80-lb. weight loss by sharing her meal plan

Jenna Jameson is celebrating her body transformation by sharing her weight-loss secrets.

After giving birth to her third child, daughter Batel Lu, in April 2017, the 44-year-old former adult film star began following a keto diet to help her lose baby weight.

Jameson began chronicling her weight loss on Instagram and recently updated fans with the menu responsible for her incredible 80 lb. weight loss.

“I have officially lost 80 lbs!” Jameson wrote in a recent Instagram post. “I’m going to give a little updated menu because it’s my most requested thing ever!”

The keto diet essentially trains the body to burn its own fat as energy, and relies on a high fat and moderate protein diet.

Jameson writes that her day begins at 8 a.m. with two Nescafé coffees and sugar free creamer and sweetener. She waits until 11 a.m. to have her first meal of the day: three scrambled eggs with basil cheese.

The busy mom reveals she has her first snack, cottage cheese and a Fresca, at 1:30 p.m. after she puts her youngest down for a nap.

At around 3:30 p.m., she prepares lunch for her daughter and enjoys her largest meal of the day, a “huge” bowl of arugula salad with “lots” of parmesan cheese.

Dinner is a grilled ribeye steak and broiled asparagus before she begins her fast until the next morning.

The diet has gained popularity thanks to its popularity with celebrities, but has also drawn criticism from health experts for it’s strict stance on carbohydrates.

“So many people ask if I count macros or check if I’m in ketosis and the answer is no,” Jameson wrote. “I just eat sensibly and intuitively. Also I get asked about ‘snacks’ my advice is to stop snacking. Results come from work.”
