Sabrina Carpenter 'Hallucinates' In Hilarious 'Espresso'-Inspired Olympics Advert
With the Paris Olympics commencing on Friday July 26, the sporting world is about to take over our screens in a major way. From ELLE UK's digital cover star and sprinter Keely Hodgkinson taking over the 800m track, to Aaliyah Powell in Taekwondo and ELLE's contributing editor, Dina Asher-Smith, competing in the sprints and relay, we couldn't be more excited for the action to begin – and apparently neither can Sabrina Carpenter.
This week, the 25-year-old singer has appeared in NBC Sport's latest promotional video for the Paris Olympics and had a vivid espresso-fuelled dream, inspired by her hit 2024 single 'Espresso'.

The singer perfectly encapsulated post-caffeine energy while sat at what appears to be an outdoor café in the French capital. In the clip, Carpenter is accompanied by a little blue bird which flies onto her table, and it doesn't take long for the pair to discuss what they're most excited about for the Olympics.
'The amazing opening ceremony on the Seine, Simone's epic comeback, the USA v Australia rivalry in the pool, and the world's fast man and woman Noah and Sha'Carri racing for team USA. I've never been more excited for anything in my life!' Carpenter exclaims.
As the camera pans out into a wider view, Carpenter bursts into fits of laughter as multiple espresso cups cover her table while onlookers stare at her in confusion at the apparent absence of the bird.
