'Get it!': Sangita Patel crushes tough workout while dealing with jet lag
The host attended the red carpet of the "Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One" premiere in Rome.
Sangita Patel is curing her Italy jet lag with a 3 a.m. workout.
The "ET Canada" host took to Instagram early Monday morning to share a workout video from her hotel gym in Rome.
The 44-year-old TV personality captioned the post: "When your jet lagged, you do a kettlebell workout, right?!"
Patel said her full-body workout included: A lateral crossover, a one-arm to two hang cleans, one-arm row to burpees and "around the world abs."
She then quipped, "Now where is my pizza?," alongside a laughing emoji.
Patel also included in the caption she was surprised Italians don't drink cappuccinos after 11 a.m. "Waiter was like, are you sure?," she wrote.
Journalist Tara Hitchcock chimed in to say: "This is what I need to be doing after multiple pizza nights with you!"
Co-host of "CP24 Breakfast" Melissa Grelo quipped, "Get it!," in the comments.
Some of Patel's followers wanted to know more about her workout.
"Do you increase your weight when you lift or do you do lift with light weights but more reps?," one person wrote. "You should put all your works outs on Instagram! I enjoy watching them!," they added.
"You make it look easy!," someone commented.
"Yes when in Rome, Kettlebell!," another wrote.
Sunday night, Patel covered the red carpet on the premiere of "Mssion Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One," for ET Canada.
Her behind-the-scenes coverage featured celebs like Tom Cruise and Rebecca Ferguson — both of which Patel posed with for the camera.
In a previous post, Patel said it's been nine years since she last interviewed Cruise.
"I have been waiting all year for Mission Impossible MI7! I’m a bit giddy," she captioned a Friday post.
"Red-eye, jet lagged but I still woke up early to take it all in."
