Sarah Nicole Landry is showing her appreciation for the one-piece swimsuit.

The Canadian body positivity advocate — better known as The Birds Papaya — took to Instagram on Tuesday with a sun-soaked photo of herself posing on a beach in a black one-piece bathing suit from Canadian brand Knix. It was paired with a caption tipping her hat to the "comfortable" swimwear style.

"An ode to the one-piece," she titled the caption of her post.

Landry explained for every time "a bikini just wasn't it that day," or when "showing up comfortably was more important than proving something," a one-piece bathing suit saved the day. She said it allowed her to be "less distracted" by insecurities.

"While I am so proud of my journey to wearing the bikini, I also am so proud of my journey to wearing whatever I need to be there that day," the mom of four continued.

"So when you hear the saying, 'just wear the bikini,' exhale and know, too, 'just wear the one-piece, just wear the sweatsuit even, just wear whatever you need to that day, to show up,'" Landry wrote.

"Because it really does have less to do with what you wear when you do, and rather that you're there at all. That's the win. ... Freedom to enjoy it, be there — however it fits."

Fans met Landry's empowering and relatable message with supportive comments.

"This is so important!" an Instagram user wrote.

Another added: "One of my fav' captions of yours to date. Also, this pic slays, you absolute queen, you!"

"I also hate how people will comment like 'just wear the bikini' as if a one-piece is not fashionable or OK? Bikinis are not the goal in life. Thank you for posting!" someone weighed in.

"This is so important. Being comfortable is the most critical for me in practicing body neutrality — I don't want to focus on my body when I'm out in the world trying to enjoy myself," penned another fan.

Canadian influencer Alicia Mccarvell chimed in to compliment Landry's two-slide photo.

"This feels like the digital version of a centrefold," Mccarvell commented.

On Sunday, 38-year-old Landry shared a slow-motion video of herself walking in a teal high-waisted Knix bikini, alongside another inspirational message about self-acceptance.

The Instagram Reel included an audio clip by actress Emma Thompson, speaking on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.

"Don't waste your life's purpose worrying about your body. This is your vessel — it's your house, it's where you live," the audio said. "There's no point in judging it. Absolutely no point."

Landry admitted in the caption that while she hasn't entirely stopped judging her body, she is actively working to diminish her negative thoughts.

"I'll be honest, I am still 'wasting time' on these thoughts," she penned. "But my goodness, am I working to reverse out of them, or age out of them — or level up to Emma Thompson out of them, and it's working."
