A Delaware LLC called SEVWC bought a 7,347-square-foot new home in north Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain community.The house has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a basement, an elevator, a great room, a walk-in pantry, a private office and a golf simulator.DM19 Builders LLC sold it. Grigg’s Group powered by The Altman Brothers had the listing.There are seven golf courses in the private golf course community at Desert Mountain.
