Selena Gomez’s Peach Champagne Oscars Manicure Is Perfect for Spring

Selena Gomez attended the Oscars last night in a rose gold Ralph Lauren gown that made her look like a literal golden statue. But her peach champagne manicure by nail artist Tom Bachik really sealed the look. It’s all in the details when it comes to the Oscars best beauty, and Gomez and Bachik nailed the assignment.
With its peachy pastel color and iridescent shine, Gomez’s manicure is set to become one of the biggest nail trends for spring. Bachik was inspired by the sparkling material of Gomez’s gown. According to Vogue, the custom dress has more than 16,000 glass droplets and Rosemont crystals.
“We kept Selena’s natural nails an elegant medium length and perfected her classic almond shape,” says Bachik. “Sel and I worked together to create a custom nail shade for tonight using CND shades—a peachy pink golden iridescent sparkle to play off the gems and texture in her Ralph Lauren gown. To achieve this, we used a thin coat of CND Shellac in Rule Breaker layered with Silk Thread from CND’s latest Quite Luxury Collection. Sel loved how it turned out!”

Prep the nails for your at-home manicure.
