Shenae Grimes-Beech shares 'heartwarming' family video from 'beautiful B.C.' vacation

Shenae Grimes-Beech is giving fans a glimpse at her picture-perfect family vacation.
On Tuesday the Canadian "90210" actress delighted fans with a candid and sun-soaked Instagram Reel capturing her family's recent adventures in British Columbia.
The "heartwarming" video showcased Grimes and her husband Josh Beech with their two children, two-year-old Kingsley Taylor and four-year-old Bowie Scarlett. The family was candidly exploring the province's stunning landscapes, set to song "Makeba" by Jain.
The 34-year-old accompanied the post with the caption: "Weekend spent exploring 'Beautiful B.C.'"
Fans showered the post with praise, commending the family's bond and dubbing the clip a "cuteness overload."
"Cuteness overload, [for real]. It's so amazing that you guys are showing your babies the world!," an Instagram user commented.
Another wrote: "This is so heartwarming and pure!! Y'all are such a cute [little] family. Thank you for sharing!"

In September, the former "Degrassi: The Next Generation" star opened up to her Instagram followers about prioritizing her fitness after welcoming her second child.
"Been back on my workout game for one year since having my second baby," Grimes-Beech wrote alongside a set of outdoor photos of herself posing in a pair of black bicycle shorts and a matching sports bra.
"This is a practice I knew I had to kickstart as soon as I could because of the wonders it did for my mental health during my first postpartum season."
The actress gave herself a pat on the back for how far she has come in the last five years. She admitted her body will always “'jiggle-jiggle and fold' after two C-sections and a cumulative 18 months of breastfeeding," but she is "so proud of the journey me and this body of mine have been on."
