Shenae Grimes-Beech is adding a level of cuteness to her workouts.

The 32-year-old took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday to post a photo of herself working out in her home gym. In the shot, the Canadian actress stood on a weight bench while holding a pull-up bar with both hands; the "90210" star wore a black and white workout bra, black leggings and Nike running shoes for the session.

Inside the room, Grimes-Beech was joined by her three-year-old daughter, Bowie, who joined in to exercise by using a light pair of teal dumbbells.

"My favourite workout buddy," Grimes-Beech wrote on the post, adding a smiling face with hearts emoji.

The "Degrassi: The Next Generation" star shares two children with English singer and model Josh Beech, whom she married in 2013. The couple welcomed their daughter in September 2018 along with their son, Kingsley, in August 2021.

Since giving birth to her two children, Grimes-Beech has been open on social media about the ups and downs of being a mother.

Last week, the Toronto-native penned an honest "life update" post on Instagram, where she explained that she's wasn't "doing so hot" since she felt overwhelmed with commitments and life. The "Scream 4" star noted that she wanted to be true to her fans to show what her life is really like on social media.

"I'm sharing to destigmatize not being OK and demystify all that glitters on social media," she wrote.

"Overwhelmed with how much I have to be grateful for in this season of life and also just wildly overwhelmed," she continued.

But parenting and life is also full of positivity and happiness for the "Unzipped" podcast co-host. Grimes-Beech has posted several videos on the joys (and chaos) of travelling as a family, including spending a weekend living in an RV and making a post sharing tips on vacationing with children.

Motherhood has also helped Grimes-Beech reflect internally. On Mother's Day, she penned a post dedicated to her children and other moms.

"Joining your club opened my eyes up to a community of empowering, inspiring and uplifting warriors I never truly understood the strength of, and my gratitude towards all of you is deep and real," she wrote.
