From major retailers to indie brands, there’s a huge selection of practical and locally-made versions to choose from. Ahead, we’ve gathered 12 of our favourite styles, all of which are proudly made in Canada.
These reusable face masks are made in the Roots leather factory located in Toronto, and come in a range of colours and patterns to choose from. They feature a wire nose bridge to tailor your fit, and are available in two sizes for extra comfort.

These affordable face masks are a fan favourite among Yahoo! Canada readers, and as an added bonus they’re made right here in Canada. The lightweight cotton and nylon design comes in more than 30 different colours and patterns, and starts at just $13 each.

Montreal-based Frank and Oak’s set of two face masks that give back (all proceeds go towards the non-profit organization, Moisson Montréal) were so popular that they pretty much sold out instantly. Known for their trench dress that’s a favourite of the Duchess of Sussex, Calgary-based brand House of Nonie has branched out into protective face masks as well as royal fashion. For each mask sold, one will be donated to local organizations in need of personal protection equipment.

Toronto designer Ellie Mae’s selection of sweet Liberty of London floral printed masks have been known to sell out quickly, so you’ll want to act quickly to scoop this one up before it’s gone. If florals aren’t your thing though, you can also shop the brand’s solid or striped versions too.

Toronto-based inclusive clothing brand IZ Adaptive now offers face masks for both adults and children, with the option to choose between two elastic styles for your comfort. In addition to being made from responsibly-sourced denim, 20 per cent of the proceeds of all masks is donated to the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation.
