Simu Liu is channelling "John Wick" in his latest red carpet look, according to a fan.

On Monday, the "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" actor took to Instagram with a carousel of photos showing off his classy Met Gala look.

In the snaps, Liu posed on the Met Gala red carpet in a black Versace tuxedo with satin detailing, paired with a white shirt and a black tie. He accessorized the ensemble with a pair of black leather gloves, a black and silver watch, a silver brooch and silver chain necklaces.

"When Donatella asks you to go to the Met… you go to the f——-g Met," he captioned the post. He added Donatella Versace had this year's Met Gala theme carefully in mind when putting together his look.

"This is her homage to Karl Lagerfeld, an icon of immeasurable influence in fashion and all forms of design," he penned.

In the comments, fans swooned over Liu's all-black ensemble.

"Lookin' like a solid villain, good sir," an Instagram user wrote, while another added, "Big slay."

"You look like you’re on a mission in the 'John Wick' world," a commenter pointed out.

One person commented: "Looking like a villain," as someone else penned: "You look amazing. Totally on-theme."

"So stunning," a fan chimed in.

One fan wrote: "Absolutely slayed it! An iconic look for you!"

Last month, Liu marked his 34th birthday with an emotional Instagram post opening up to fans about his mental health.

"So, 33 was a bit of a wild sh—show," Liu began alongside a black and white photo of himself. "But also a year of great personal growth and healing."

The actor recalled that at a time when he was achieving success in his career, he was "going through one of the toughest stints of my life," at the same time.

"Therapy and a great support system really got me through it. I'm feeling healthy and at peace going into 34," he shared.

"I'm grateful to everyone who sees me and what I am about, which has always and will forever be an advocate of love, acceptance and equality for all," he concluded.
