'SNL' and Gal Gadot present a hater's perfect version of vapid reality television
Gal Gadot’s appearance on Saturday Night Live this weekend seems to be tickling the funny bones of plenty of people who need it right now. Among all the political, environmental, societal strife dominating headlines and our social media conversations, sometimes people still want a little comedy. One particular send-up in the SNL sketches went for what could be construed as an easy target — the vapid programming often seen on the cable dial, following around celebrities of various caliber. In this case, Gadot stood in for Kendall Jenner in a spoof called “E! New Line Up” where they highlight a new show entitled Kendall’s Model House.
As the clip says, “Tune in as Kendall Jenner and supermodel sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid sit and complain around a huge bowl of fruit!” All that and so much more…
