Sophie Grégoire Trudeau is gracing the front cover of ELLE Canada ahead of her book release.
The Canadian former TV host, who split from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in 2023, took to Instagram on Wednesday to unveil her cover of ELLE Canada's April issue. In the feature, she'll open up about "life, love" and her new book, "Closer Together: Knowing Ourselves, Loving Each Other."
In the cover photo, the 48-year-old donned a stunning white cutout and ruched midi dress, complemented by a thick gold cuff bracelet. Her makeup was kept natural, and her hair was styled in a loose blowout.
Grégoire Trudeau mentioned her excitement about the creative process with ELLE Canada and ELLE Québec as she prepares for her book launch and tour. She ended her caption with a note on looking forward to bringing people closer together through her upcoming book.
"Life is serious. We are not," she penned. "We had fun, but most importantly we discussed well-being, relationships and family. This is just the beginning and I'm looking forward to getting closer together in life and under your reading eyes (or attentive ears) soon!"
Fans flooded the comment section, swooning over Grégoire Trudeau's look and praising her "glow-up."
Former "ET Canada" host Sangita Patel chimed in, saying: "You," alongside a heart emoji.
Canadian author Liz Plank commented: "Magnificent!"
"A moment for the dress, please," an Instagram user wrote. "Just wow. You look stunning, Sophie! And ageless."
"I think you look strong, beautiful and effortlessly chic," a follower penned.
"Stunning and such a natural beauty. You are an inspiration," a fan shared, while another added: "So refreshing to see women living their truth... good on you."
Grégoire Trudeau's post comes less than a week after she shared a heartfelt message for International Women's Day. Accompanied by a carousel of photos of herself alongside change-making women, Grégoire Trudeau reflected on the day dedicated to gender equality.
"Are your basic human rights being respected today? Do you have access to education and a peaceful space to grow in? Are you able to express your authentic self?" she wrote.
"We are lucky enough to be free, while millions of women and girls have no other choice but to answer 'no' to all of these questions. ... Let's keep fighting for justice. Let's be defiant and accept ourselves and our neighbours as they are. Let's elect responsible officials who carry and promote values of compassion and unity. Let's keep educating in order to understand...and love."
