Staud Fall 2025: Flirting With Fall
Sarah Staudinger was “flirting with the idea of fall,” this season, she said.
She designed her latest collection within a true mindset of the transitional, autumnal season, pulling in references of the English countryside (with nods to Stella Tennant in her look book), to bring forth a polished yet comfortable collection.

“The color and energy of the season is what we’re calling truffle season. It’s our signature color for the season, and it’s also like the spirit of finding these hidden surprises beneath the surface,” she said. The color became the basis for luxe leather and suede accessories, like a sharp new family of stiletto-heeled boots and loads of striking handbags (in every size), and larger offering of leather ready-to-wear, including the off-the-shoulder fitted Phare dress and relaxed ‘80s bomber.
“We’re pushing our leather ready-to-wear, because I think it’s missing in the market at an accessible price-point,” she said of the looks.
Elsewhere, surprises came through new takes on her signature, playful beading beyond Tommy bags and minidresses, like a mini beaded bag designed to resemble a sheep (adorable) and standout chocolate suede trucker jacket embellished with whimsical countryside and horse motifs.
Throughout the collection, Staudinger provided ample wardrobing of simple-yet-chic femininity with a bit of edge, spanning from a black leather minidress version of her bomber to new Staud Sport layers styled with her hyper-feminine main collection fashions, like a nylon jacket paired with a sweet floral jacquard midi skirt.
Beyond versatile layers for day, including triacetate Stroll pants or draped dresses and new knubby knits, Staudinger delivered plenty of chic evening attire. One of her label’s number-one requests has been for dresses with sleeves, so she presented a brown stretch silk satin number with long dolman sleeves, a sheer number that riffed on her bestselling Calluna gown with softer volumes, and adorable tent dresses with cap sleeves.
