The brand’s Sunset Sale is offering women a chance to build their summer wardrobe and save 25% on select items, with proceeds from sales will help support a worthy cause. SummerSalt has announced that $15 from every order over $125 USD will go to No Kid Hungry, an organization that works with communities to provide meals to children in need.
No Kid Hungry estimates more than 234,000,000 school meals have been missed due to the COVID-19 pandemic forcing schools in the United States to close. Approximately 1 in 7 children in the U.S. are impacted by hunger, with nearly 11 million children living in “food insecure” homes, many rely on school meal programs for a guaranteed healthy meal each day. Thanks to community organizations and corporate partnerships, No Kid Hungry is working to provide nearly 800,000 meals per day to those in need during the COVID-19 shutdown.
