Swifties Are Desperately Trying to Decode the Friendship Bracelet Travis Kelce Wore to Jason’s Retirement Press Conference

It’s me. Hi. I’m the Swiftie paying attention to this news story, it’s me. As Jason Kelce announced his retirement from the Philadelphia Eagles, his brother Travis Kelce watched and even shed a few tears, moved by Jason’s passion for the game. And Swifties (myself included) couldn't help but notice that he wore two beaded bracelets on his right wrist. What did the letters on the beads spell? Well, that’s a great question. We don’t entirely know. But the Taylor Swift fandom hasn’t yet met a puzzle it didn’t love. So let’s get into it.

The top bracelet, the community has decided, says “TNT,” which is apparently the ship name Taylor and Travis have given themselves. I get it; I wouldn’t want an accessory that said “Traylor,” no matter how much I loved my boyfriend. Swift herself wore a “TNT” bracelet Travis gifted her to the Super Bowl.

The second bracelet is a little trickier to read. It seems to say both “Travis” and “Kelce Is,” but wouldn’t you expect it to have a message about his brother for the occasion? Maybe it says “Travis Kelce Is Proud of You” or something. Also, from these pics we know he finally cut that beard off!

Rest assured, the Swifties will not sleep until every square millimeter of this bracelet has been dissected. They are on it.

We’ll probably get all the details whenever the Brothers Kelce decide to drop another episode of their podcast New Heights, where they typically address rumors and speculation about their lives. Meanwhile, if you need more to dissect, Jason may have dropped a couple of song titles into his retirement speech? He apparently used the phrases “all too well” and “wildest dreams” in addition to “swift kick” and even if all of these are super common phrases…he’s only cryptic and machiavellian because he cares…
