Sydney Sweeney says shirts are totally optional underneath a cardigan. The actor took her knitted Miu Miu cardigan and matching Miu Miu bag out in the rain for a quick photoshoot, posing on a balcony despite the chill.

Sydney Sweeney's sweater is a thick knitted style in shades of dark chocolate brown with cream trim, complete with a zipper versus the more traditional cardigan buttons, though Sweeney skipped that step and wore it open and shirtless for her pics. The cardigan is made with pure cashmere so it's ultra cozy, and it retails for a whopping $7,500, though it's basically sold out in every size.

As for the bag, she's holding the Briarwood Adventure Nappa Leather Top Handle Bag, which comes in mini, small, and regular sizes and is also available in a lighter brown and black color. Sweeney's bag has a few charms hanging from one strap, and she styled her cardi with a pair of loose-fitting straight-leg jeans and white sneakers.

The star has been a Miu Miu ambassador for a while and often wears the brand's pieces on the red carpet and in her downtime. In July, she looked festive in a bandana-print crop bandeau top and skirt set, paired with a matching Miu Miu tote bag and a matching bandana tied to the strap. She also wore the brand to the 2024 Met Gala, pairing her black bob wig with a gorgeous baby blue gown.

Sweeney isn't the only one skipping a shirt under her sweater or jacket this season. Stray Kids' Felix did the same in a festive red and black plaid print shacket, which he wore with Louis Vuitton accessories. It's winter layering… with a twist.
