  • Taylor Swift hit the EMAs in Germany in a bodysuit and chainmail skirt that showed off her incredibly strong legs.

  • The singer, 32, took home several awards, making it clear she's still the reigning pop music queen.

  • Taylor hasn't shared much about her workout routines in recent years, but she's a huge fan of cooking and baking at home.

The MTV Europe Music Awards juuust happened and, naturally, Taylor Swift was there in the coolest look ever, doing what she does best and causing a total stir on the red carpet. Of course, Taylor ended up taking home a whole slew of awards, showing everyone she's still the queen of pop music.

Tay hit the event in a black bodysuit and chain mail dress that showed off some seriously toned legs, along with a peek of her sculpted booty. The 32-year-old pop star accessorized the whole look with a sleek updo and cool-girl smile. In case you missed the iconic moment, here's the evidence that Taylor Swift is strong AF:

Taylor hasn’t shared a lot about her exercise routines recently but, ya know, performing is some serious cardio, and I have to imagine her dance moves definitely require quite a lot of rehearsal and work in the dance studio. That said, Taylor has some go-to workouts.

The first is Body By Simone, a high-intensity dance-based cardio exercise class that uses bodyweight and light weights to create long, lean muscles like a dancer, according to Marie Claire Australia.

Taylor has also previously shared that she was a runner at one point, and poked fun at working out on her treadmill back in 2016 in an ad for Apple Music. In the ad, she mentally goes over how she hates cardio but opens a running playlist that includes "Jumpman" by Drake & Future. Cue Taylor running and rapping like a champ, before losing her balance and falling. A relatable queen.

Of course, plenty of fitness platforms also use Taylor’s music, including the Apple Fitness’ Artist Spotlight series, which joked on Instagram, “Get ready to sweat, Swifties.”

But Taylor has made it clear that she’s into taking care of her body, mind and soul. She revealed in her Miss Americana documentary that she struggled with disordered eating in the past. And, in an interview with Elle, she shared that she learned to “stop hating every ounce of fat on my body.”

“I worked hard to retrain my brain that a little extra weight means curves, shinier hair, and more energy,” she said. “I think a lot of us push the boundaries of dieting, but taking it too far can be really dangerous. There is no quick fix. I work on accepting my body every day.”

On the nutrition front, Taylor told Elle that vitamins make her “feel so much better.” She added, “I take L-theanine, which is a natural supplement to help with stress and anxiety. I also take magnesium for muscle health and energy.”

Taylor told Elle that she’s always cooked “a LOT” but she has three go-to recipes she’ll be making at dinner parties forever: “Ina Garten’s Real Meatballs and Spaghetti (I just use packaged bread crumbs and only ground beef for meat), Nigella Lawson’s Mughlai Chicken, and Jamie Oliver’s Chicken Fajitas with Molé Sauce.”

Taylor is big into baking, too. Check out these 'grammable cinnamon buns she made back in 2020:

And, ya know, she’s not above having a good glass of wine every once in a while:

That dress, though...Go Tay!
