Tessa Virtue looks 'so chic' in faux leather midi skirt: 'Pretty and glowing!'
Tessa Virtue is a "monochromatic queen."
On Thursday, the Canadian ice dancer took to Instagram to share a set of candid fashion photos.
The 33-year-old walked down the street in a brown faux leather midi skirt. She added a matching satin blouse, which she paired with brown leather boots.
Alongside the snaps, the former Olympian kept her caption short and sweet, only including a pink heart emoji.
In the comments, fans expressed their love for her monochromatic look.
"Love the outfit girl," an Instagram user commented, while another added, "Monochromatic queen."
"You are glowing!" someone else penned. "So gorgeous inside and out!"
One fan commented: "This outfit, OMG."
"Pretty and glowing!" another chimed in.
"So chic," a fan shared.
On her Instagram story, Virtue shared another photo of her outfit, which she wore to a women's event hosted by Join League. The athlete was invited to give a speech.
Earlier this week, the figure skater shared an adorable Instagram Reel with her 430,000 followers.
The clip showed her dog Zoë investigating the Tessa Virtue doll that Barbie released for their 60th anniversary.
In the post, Zoë sniffed the box holding the doll and stared at it while Virtue asked her: "Who's that?"
"Zoë is very interested in the TV Barbie," Virtue captioned the video.
Virtue's Barbie wears a red sparkly dress identical to the one she wore at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympic Games. At the Games, Virtue and her partner Scott Moir won their second gold medal.
"Hahaha, she’s like 'Mom, why are you in a box?'" an Instagram user wrote, while another added, "Zoë really said, 'mom?!'"
"Haha, she knows it’s you!" someone else pointed out.
One fan commented: "Zoë's probably wondering how you got in there."
"Aww, this is so cute! She recognizes you haha," wrote another.
"Zoë looks at your Barbie, then at you — how funny! She is super smart!" a fan shared.
The doll was announced in 2019 on International Women's Day as part of Barbie's "Role Models" series. Their website dubbed Virtue "one-half of a team known for their legendary elegance, athleticism, innovation, and their unparalleled ability to skate in unison."
