Timothée Chalamet Goes Shirtless at the Oscars (& No, This Is Not a Drill)

Timothée Chalamet is officially at the top of our best dressed list, even if he’s not fully dressed.

Tonight, the Dune star, 26, attended the 94th annual Academy Awards at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. While some stars made headlines for their fashionable looks, Chalamet turned heads for an entirely different reason: He went shirtless.

That’s right, Chalamet walked the red carpet in a sparkly blazer with nothing underneath it.

The jacket was adorned with rhinestones and lace details on the sleeves, putting a modern twist on a classic silhouette. Chalamet completed the look with tapered trousers and black boots, along with silver jewelry by Cartier.

Although he didn’t receive a Best Actor nomination, one of his films—Dune—is expected to take home multiple statuettes at the 94th annual Oscar ceremony. The sci-fi film follows a gifted man (Chalamet), who must embark on a dangerous journey to save the future of humanity.

The movie received the second most nods from the Academy behind The Power of the Dog, raking in a total of ten. (This includes Best Picture, Best Original Score, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Visual Effects, Best Cinematography, Best Production Design, Best Costume Design, Best Makeup and Hairstyling, Best Film Editing and Best Sound.)

Thank you, Chalamet, for leaving little to the imagination.
