Travis Kelce Addresses Taylor Swift Dating Rumors Head-On: ‘I Threw the Ball in Her Court’
Yet again, Travis Kelce was asked about the Taylor Swift dating rumors during an interview for the NFL. This time, he offered a little more detail on their current status—and how what happens next is up to her.
Travis spoke on The Pat McAfee Show about the dating rumors, and addressed his brother Jason Kelce’s comments yesterday where he jokingly said the Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce romance rumors were “100 percent true.”
“It’s hilarious how much traction this has actually gotten, right now it’s like a game of telephone,” Travis said. Addressing Jason’s comments specifically, he said, “No one actually knows what’s going on, especially when you got Jason Kelce on live television telling people both sides—he doesn’t know, it’s true, this and that."
Regarding his future with Swift, Travis said, “I threw it out there, I threw the ball in her court. I told her, you know, I’ve seen you rock the stage in Arrowhead [Stadium], you might have to come see me rock the stage in Arrowhead and see which one’s a little more lit. So, we’ll see what happens in the near future.”
Travis’ new interview about Swift comes hours after a source gave The Messenger Swift’s perspective on their relationship.
“She and Travis have hung out twice, and it’s nothing serious,” the source said. “She thinks he is very charming, and they have been texting this last week. He is a little embarrassed at how much attention they are getting, but he has told her he would love to continue seeing her.”
“They are seeing where things go,” the source continued. “Her friends are always playfully suggesting people to set her up with. [She’s] in her fun girl era and strictly having fun right now.”
