Twitter Thinks Machine Gun Kelly Just Shaded His Own Movie with Megan Fox
Machine Gun Kelly may have met his now-girlfriend Megan Fox while filming Midnight in the Switchgrass, but after reading his latest tweet, that's probably where his love for the project ends.
On Friday, the rapper seemingly shaded the film on Twitter, writing: "If i don't talk or tweet about a movie i'm barely in it's because it's 🚮." While he didn't specifically call out the movie by name, his cryptic message was sent out the same day it was released, and not to mention, he and Fox skipped the premiere all together earlier this week. Hours ahead of the screening, Megan canceled her appearance due to the rise of COVID cases.

It didn't take long for fans to conclude that MGK was without a doubt talking about Midnight in the Switchgrass.
Megan didn’t show up to the premiere either, y’all must really hate the movie lol 😂

In an interview about the film with USA Today, Megan said she isn't interested in how their relationship comes across on-screen. "That's just something we were living in, so much has happened since," she said. "The question of, 'Did we have chemistry on screen?' isn't necessary, because chemistry has gotten us this far." Meanwhile, she doesn't credit the film for spurring their romantic connection, and instead, believes it was fate.
"It was just two people who were primed and supposed to be together," Fox explained. "We were meant to meet each other."
