Ever wondered how celebrities keep their bodies looking so toned? We’ll let you in on a little secret: they have trainers. But thankfully, these trainers like to share their secrets.

We recently met up with Dalton Wong, trainer to Jennifer Lawrence and Kit Harrington of “Game of Thrones,” to find out some of the exercises he does with them to get keep their bodies looking fit and toned.

Using very little equipment, Wong walks us through five exercises that you can do at home – ideally while watching “GoT.” He also offers more tips in his new book, The FeelGood Plan.

“Dalton is different to other trainers because he understands what my body needs – how to exercise, when to unwind, how to enjoy food,” says Jennifer Lawrence. “Dalton taught me how to eat, move and live a delicious but healthy life. I will always thank him for that.”
