Watch these retired parents DJ bangers at crazy kitchen raves

When an Atlantic City DJ taught his parents how to use his decks, he had no idea what he'd unleashed!

After Phillip Yacovelli graduated college he went to live back home with his parents Dominic and Janine Yacovelli. One day, on a whim, he showed them how to work the mixing decks he uses to make house music under the group name EBC.

His mom and dad, who are both retired, thought it looked like fun, so they had a go. And before too long they were hooked!

“I mainly just let them mess around but I give them tips when they’re playing, telling them what the different buttons do,” says Phillip. "They definitely bring a lot of energy when they’re on the board. They get into it when they come to watch me play too.”

Since learning to DJ, Dominic and Janine stage raves in their kitchen at least once a week, proving it's never too late to master a few new tricks.
