Wendy's Is Offering 25-Cent Burgers (but There's a Catch)

Wendy’s is celebrating 2025 with $.25 burgers.

The fast food spot is handing out Dave’s Single burgers for 25 cents through Monday, Jan. 13. But the deal is only good when ordering pick-up or delivery on Grubhub.

To snag the new year-inspired deal, customers add a Dave’s Single — which tops a quarter-pound beef patty with American cheese, tomato, pickles, onion, ketchup and mayonnaise — to their cart prior to checking out an order greater than $20. The quarter-costing deal will automatically apply.

Wendy’s has another deal for hungry fans nationwide.

Now through March 2, customers can score a 2 for $7 deal on four of its fan-favorite items. The bargain applies to the classic or spicy chicken sandwich, Dave’s Single and crispy or spicy 10-piece chicken nuggets.

To claim the in-store and in-app offer, customers just have to check out the “Meal Deals” section of the Wendy’s app, where they’ll be given an option to select their two menu items. The meal deal is also available in stores nationwide.

McDonald’s has its own discounts to start off the new year on the right foot.

The home of the Big Mac has a new McValue Menu that includes the beloved $5 Meal Deal, local food and drink deals and in-app offers (including free medium fries with a $1 purchase every Friday in 2025 and a free McCrispy chicken sandwich for new users). There will also be a buy one, add one for $1 offer on various breakfast, lunch and dinner items. The chain announced the new deals on Tuesday, Jan. 7 with the help of John Cena.
