In case you hadn’t already heard, Taylor Swift is back on the music scene - and she’s bringing some star power with her.
For her eighth studio album, Swift released “Folklore” without her usual fanfare and months-long process of dropping hints and Easter eggs online. Instead, the 30-year-old star released a series of Instagram photos on July 23 revealing a collection of new album artwork.
While promoting the new release on July 24, Swift hopped onto Instagram Stories to leave a message for her fans.
“So, ‘Folklore’ is out, the ‘Cardigan’ music video is out, all the lyric videos are out,” she said. “I’ve been on the phone all night with [producers] Jack [Antonoff] and Aaron [Dessner] screeching. We’re so happy you love it.”
In the short clip, Swift was seen wearing a feminine floral top and a pair of sparkling hoop earrings - the latter of which happen to be a surprisingly affordable find.
Created by L.A. based jewelry designer Melinda Maria, the Star Stunner 1.5” Hoop Earrings retail for just $105 ($78 USD).
Featuring a star detail at the post and stones throughout, the hoop earrings are available in both gold and silver.
The earrings appear to be a new favourite of the “Lover” songstress, since late last month, Swift was seen wearing the same pair while participating in the Stonewall Day Livestream Benefit honouring the 1969 uprising by the LGBTQ community in New York City.
For the event, Swift went in a different styling direction, pairing the hoop earrings with a $315 peasant-inspired Embroidered Fruit Maxi Dress by Brazilian label Farm Rio.
If you’re looking to snag the celestial earrings for yourself, be sure to act quickly before Swift’s legions of fans snap them all up.
