Why Taylor Swift Isn’t At Travis Kelce’s Game Against The Buffalo Bills
On Sunday, Travis Kelce’s team, the Kansas City Chiefs, faced off against the Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium, but his girlfriend Taylor Swift was not in the stands. The Eras Tour star just finished her first three concerts in Toronto, and is scheduled to resume there with three more shows on November 21.
While she might have had time to make it to Highmark for the game in between tour dates, a source told Page Six in October that Swift is not likely to make any appearances at away games for Kelce. The insider said that Swift feels safe at their home venue, Arrowhead Stadium, because they understand the necessary security protocols established by her team.

'She’s not going anywhere unless she knows the venue intimately and it has been thoroughly scouted and secured in advance,' said the source.
Swift was at Kelce’s game the previous weekend at Arrowhead, witnessing him reach his 76th career touchdown catch. Kelce has also been at a number of her shows, but was unable to catch any in Toronto this week. According to the Bleacher Report, the NFL has varying rules about travel the night before a game, including curfews and policies about sleeping in the same hotel with the rest of the team.
Kelce did catch her show in Indianapolis earlier this month and was seen chatting with Swift’s mom, Andrea Swift, in the VIP section. On his New Heights podcast, Kelce shared, 'I wanted to see Tay one more time before this thing got closed up. I’ll tell you what, man. The American crowds, they did not disappoint. I heard that it was a lot more rowdy this time around, knowing she was coming back to stop through America one last time before the tour was over with, and I’ll tell you what, man, that thing was rocking. Absolutely rocking.'
