‘Wow, wow, wow’: Olympian Ilona Maher ate like a champion at this Miami institution
llona Maher is in a Sunshine State of mind.
The rugby champ is in Miami Beach, to be geographically accurate.
On Monday, the “Dancing with the Stars” alum, who recently finished second place in the TV competition, showed her 4.7 million followers a pic of her on the sand in exercise gear on Muscle Beach.
“Spotted some shirtless dudes with terrible form lifting in the sand,” said the Olympic medalist’s caption for a picture of the local fitness enthusiasts’ go to spot. “So you know I had to join and show ‘em how it’s done.”
At some point on the 28 year old’s trip down south, Maher also headed to iconic seafood institution Joe’s Stone Crab for a bite with her older sister, “Girl Dinner” influencer Livie Maher, and agent, Rheann Engelke. In a video shared to social media, all three women are smiling widely, wearing the requisite bibs while goofing around with a server.
Their spread included a heaping plate of signature crabs as well as the fried chicken, creamed spinach, along with what appears to be martinis.
“Wow, wow, wow,” Maher says, eyeing all the food.
“Merry Christmas!” says the server.
Fans approved of the Vermont native’s choice of dining venue.
