In her acceptance speech, the actress thanked "the other incredible women in this category" and was visibly emotional as she shouted out her family and team.
"To the incredible cast and crew of Euphoria, I'm so lucky to go to work with you every day and I'm inspired by everything you do," she said.

"This is a really weird time to be celebrating, but I just want to say there is hope in the young people — I know our TV show doesn't always feel like a great example of that but there is hope in the young people, and I just want to say to our peers out there in the streets doing the work, I see you, I thank you, I admire you," she concluded.
