The 13 Best Aldi Products in 2024, According to Customers
Did your favorite make the list?
Every Aldi shopper can understand why the German grocer is one of the fastest-growing grocery stores in the U.S.—and it’s not just because they’ve been voted number one in “everyday low prices” for seven years. Sure, low prices and no-frills shopping play a part, but what keeps customers coming back is the high-quality, private-label products you can’t find anywhere else.
We’ve said it before: there are Aldi products that we’d choose over the name-brand competition any day—and many other shoppers feel the same, which is why the “aisle of shame” gets so much attention.
However, as much as we love a Le Creuset copycat and the famed charcuterie section, it’s the everyday products that make us loyal shoppers.
Every year for the past six years, Aldi has asked its fans to vote on their favorite grocery products in its Fan Favorites survey. Thousands of shoppers responded, and here are the 13 best Aldi products chosen by you in 2024.
The 2024 Aldi Fan Favorites
Specially Selected Aged Cheese
Aldi’s cheese has a cult following, so it’s no surprise that one of its Specially Selected aged cheeses made the list. Its 1000 Day Aged Gouda boasts an “Award Winning Cheese” accolade on its packaging. With all the delicious taste of an award-winning cheese, but at its $4 price point, you’d never guess it wasn’t from an artisanal store.
Black Angus Beef Chuck Roast
A chuck roast is always a great thing to have on hand in your fridge or freezer. It’s ideal for easy slow cooker dinners, like Mississippi pot roast, Italian shredded beef sandwiches, and, of course, the humble pot roast.
Clancy’s Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips
Aldi sells a plethora of fantastic dips—from its salsa and guac to the Mexicali and Street Corn dip. But, you can’t have a delicious dip without a tasty chip for dipping: enter these restaurant-style tortilla chips.
Mama Cozzi’s Deli Pizza
Mama Cozzi’s take-and-bake deli pizza is no stranger to the Fan Favorites list. In fact, it’s made the list every year since Aldi started its survey. The deli pizza is beloved in every flavor—including the specialty Aldi Finds—but you can never go wrong with the classic pepperoni.
Park Street Deli Hummus
Whether you’re opting for Park Street Deli’s original hummus for an easy snack, one of the flavors like Roasted Red Pepper or Spicy to jazz up your lunch, or even the Hummus Quartet to take to your next party, you’re in for a treat. Aldi’s hummus is the ideal smooth consistency with great flavor for every occasion.
Tri-Colored Peppers
Looking for something to dip in your hummus? The three-pack of colored bell peppers is a phenomenal option. Or, you can use them for stuffed peppers, Italian sausage with peppers and onions, cutting up in salads, or simply crunching into when a snack craving comes along.
Little Salad Bar Chicken Caesar Salad Bowl
We know Aldi’s take-and-bake pizzas are a hit—and even the heat-and-eat meals—but shoppers don’t sleep on the to-go options either. The premade chicken Caesar salad makes mealtime incredibly easy wherever you are.
Ribeye Steak
Most people probably assume ribeye steak costs a pretty penny, but not at Aldi. Its boneless ribeye steak comes in at about $12 per pound—with the average steak weighing 1.16 pounds. So, you can have a delicious restaurant-worthy meal without straining your wallet.
Bake Shop Cheesecake Sampler
If you’re one of those people who can walk out of Aldi without buying something from the bakery section, then you’re stronger than us. We can’t pass up a Bake Shop sweet—especially not the creamy cheesecake sampler. The eight-slice sampler features two pieces of New York Style, two pieces of Strawberry Swirl, two pieces of Turtle, and two pieces of Triple Chocolate cheesecake—and we won’t blame you if you eat the whole thing in one sitting Chandler and Rachel from “Friends” style.
Fresh Atlantic Salmon
Last year, the Mediterranean Herb-crusted Atlantic Salmon made the Fan Favorites list. This year, shoppers are giving credit to the Fresh Atlantic Salmon as-is. With the fresh, unseasoned fish, your salmon dinner possibilities are essentially endless.
Barissimo Barista Cold Foam
The trendiest product on the list is the Barissimo Barista Cold Foam, dubbed the winner of “The Internet Made Me Buy It” category. The cold foam in a can, which is available in sweet vanilla and caramel macchiato flavors, will save you that trip to the coffee shop and all the extra upcharges for your morning cup of Joe.
Specially Selected Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Aldi rolled out its Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon in 2023 as part of the new Specially Selected wine collection meant to give customers a high-quality taste without spending tons of money on a bottle. The Cabernet Sauvignon hails from California and is priced at a reasonable $14.99—so it’s no surprise that customers are drawn to it.
Huntington Home Swedish Dish Cloth
Aldi introduced a new category to its Fan Favorites survey this year called Aldi Encore. The brand says the results will “determine what [they] bring back to shelves,” and it looks like fans want to see the Huntington Home Swedish Dish Cloth as an Aldi Find soon. So, keep an eye out because you just might get your way.
