The great thing about Halloween is that it doesn't ask you to feel good. While holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas are more about the warm feelings, Halloween is for one thing and one thing only: the scares! So while it's okay to find a funny costume or a sexy costume, it's always the spine-tingling costumes that make the biggest impression.
