Alexander Skarsgard praises Kate Winslet’s dedication to bringing WWII female war photographer’s story to life

Alexander Skardgard applauded Kate Winslet for her dedication to bringing the story of Elizabeth “Lee” Miller to life in her new Sky Originals film about the Second World War photojournalist.

The Succession actor, 48, plays Lee Miller’s husband - the British surrealist artist and historian Roland Penrose.

Searching for his co-star on the red carpet, Skarsgard told The Independent: “This was a passion project for Kate, she’s been working on it for almost a decade… Her energy and passion for this was incredible and it was exciting to be absorbed in that.”
