The West Coast musician has taken the team colours of his school – (“bold”) orange and (“royal”) blue – and inked them across the 740 giving the ABZORB lace-up a less textbook appearance. Additionally, there are school monograms on the heels, the institution's crest is printed on the insoles and the text on the dual-branded tongue reads: “Benson Poly Tech” “BTEE740”, “Class of 2012” and “Radio KBPS”.

“The Radio KBPS program at Benson Tech was the beginning of my musical journey,” wrote Aminé as part of an Instagram caption that accompanied the first detailed look at the design.
