The Best Jewelry at the Met Gala 2024
It's the first Monday of May, which means the biggest night in fashion—a.k.a the Met Gala 2024—is officially here. This year, the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute is celebrating its newest exhibition, "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion," and the official dress code is "The Garden of Time." Some of Hollywood's biggest stars have been making their way to the iconic staircase, wearing an array of head-turning creations inspired the exhibit's 250 rare designs with the most spectacular jewels on display.
The night is still young, but some early highlights include Zendaya's emerald earrings and fellow co-chair Jennifer Lopez's 75 carat diamond necklace from the the Blue Book 2024: Tiffany Celéste Collection, as well as Penélope Cruz's Chanel jewels.
