When you're a big, big star like Billie Eilish, you have the world's best glam teams at your beck and call. But while getting your makeup done by top pros is lots of fun, it's also fun to do it yourself! The Hit Me Hard and Soft musician just revealed that she does her own tour makeup and shared every step of her routine on TikTok, including the sweet homage to her child self that she incorporates into her onstage look.

In the nearly four-minute video, Eilish does every step of her pre-show makeup routine, and despite saying she doesn't know what she's doing in her caption, she's got it down to a science—especially her intricate tightlining process! “Leave me alone I barely know what I'm doing [sic] but here's what works for me & what I do before every show on tour,” the singer wrote.

After prepping her skin and spot-concealing with the beloved NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer and setting with Laura Mercier Ultra-Blur Talc-Free Waterproof Translucent Pressed Setting Powder, Eilish reaches for Revlon's ColorStay Semi-Permanent Brow Ink and dots a handful of fake freckles along her nose and cheekbones, then blends them in gently with her fingertips. Once she's done, the video cuts to a pic of child Billie staring down the camera with the cutest smattering of freckles across her face. “Just trying 2 get back to dis,” Eilish wrote over the photo. Aww!

Eilish's routine is mostly eye-focused; she comes back to her liner several times throughout the process and uses Maybelline's budget-friendly Tattoo Studio Eyeliner combined with Makeup by Mario's Master Mattes Eyeshadow Palette to define. (Seriously, watching her dry her waterlines with a Q-Tip and apply eyeliner was hypnotizing.) She finishes her eyes with Merit's Clean Lash Extending Mascara and the final result is that signature ice-blue gaze—one you can see even from the highest stadium seats. The musician may have grown up, but it's clear her younger self is still close to her heart.
