Blake Lively Just Channeled Sarah Jessica Parker's Iconic 'SATC' Tutu Skirt Look
Fashion and film lovers have been spoilt as of late with some major cinematic releases starring some of our favourite actors, and equally big promo tours to go with. We're talking Daisy Edgar-Jones looking like the most beautiful hurricane on the Twisters red carpet. Anya Taylor-Joy channelling Furiosa in a daring backless lace-up mini dress in the name of the Mad Max Saga. Zendaya serving up so many Challengers-inspired outfits after debuting sci-fi chic thanks to Dune. And of course Margot Robbie as an IRL Barbie, the press tour-drobe that started it all.
We are of course referring to the method dressing trend that has taken over Hollywood. And the latest celebrity to transport the silver screen into their dressing room is Blake Lively. Lively is currently promoting the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's novel It Ends With Us in which she stars as flower shop owner, Lily Bloom.

Cue endless flower-inspired 'fits... But banish tired, been-there-done-that floral dresses to the back of your mind, because true to form, the actor is giving us something far more interesting to drool over, as her latest look demonstrates.
Wearing a Bode voluminous white tulle tutu, Blake is serving sugarplum fairy meets Sarah Jessica Parker's iconic Sex and the City opening credits look – some 26 years later. The waistband of her skirt is embellished with sequins sewn in floral motifs, co-ordinating with the sequin design adorning her tiny bra top.
She layered a white jacket featuring playful embroidery over the top of her look and wore sparkly beaded Christian Louboutin heeled sandals on her feet. Her long blonde hair was worn down in loose waves, a deep side part revealing her Jacquie Aiche jewelled drop earrings.
This latest look is one in a long line of floral-inspired ensembles we've seen from Blake during the press tour so far. As well as repping Valentino jeans featuring endless cut-outs to create an intricate hibiscus-flower design, she's also wowed in a sheer black mini dress decorated with elaborate floral embellishment and statement buttons.
With just under a month to go until It Ends With Us finally landing in cinemas, here's hoping for more floral fashion moments yet to come from the star.
