Soft strains of processional music drifted through Manatee County’s historic courtyard as fourteen couples walked in a column to line up in front of a white gazebo.
Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court Angel Colonneso guided the couples through their vows as she officiated the Fifth Annual Valentine’s Day Group Wedding in downtown Bradenton Friday afternoon.
Family and friends took photos and smiled from lines of folding chairs as the couples vowed to love, honor and cherish one another followed by kisses, cheers and applause.
The newly married couples then gathered for a group photograph on the stairs of the courthouse before joining their waiting friends and families.
Friday’s group wedding was the largest since Colonneso’s office began hosting the event in 2020.
