Sangita Patel is no longer bothered by "hurtful" comments.

On Wednesday, the 43-year-old shared a photo of herself enjoying a day at the beach along with an inspirational message encouraging women to live their best lives.

In the photo the "Entertainment Tonight Canada" host wears a blue bikini that shows off her six-pack abs. Patel paired the photo with examples of some of the negative comments she receives from online trolls, like "wear a burka" and "cover up."

“A few years ago, I learned a hard lesson that you need to let go with what others think about you and live your authentic self, (their opinion of you is none of your business), and use your voice to help others — be it joy, inspiration, breaking barriers,” the mom-of-two wrote. “It’s been liberating and just a lot of fun.”

Patel told fans that even though the rude and negative comments can sometimes sting, she's loving being in her 40s.

Fans filled the CoverGirl ambassador's post with love-filled compliments, commending her for her inspirational post.

“People have learned nothing. Keep doing you and motivating the rest of us, darling. These folks leaving these comments are unwell and unhappy,” wrote Toronto influencer Sasha Exeter.

“I honestly can’t believe these are real comments. You inspire me everyday,” replied “All My Children” star Cameron Mathison. “And not just the shape you’re in, but your positivity, kindness, respect for others, and the list goes on. Keep spreading good in the world and celebrate you in every way you can.”

“You are amazing! Haters gonna hate. Feel sad for them that they have nothing else,” commented content creators Cat and Nat.

“Mind over matter. You look incredible and you are owning it!” one fan wrote.

“Seriously don’t understand why people go out of their way to share nasty comments. You look stunning!!” said another.

“Haters give me the fire to keep going and to keep showing them that I made way better life choices than they did! You look gorgeous!! Keep rocking it” someone else raved.

Like many people in the public eye, Patel has received countless distasteful comments from viewers over the years.

In June 2019, the Patel made a similar Instagram post calling out a hateful body shaming comment made on a workout video she posted on Twitter.

“It doesn’t matter what your body composition is. Judging/comments like this shouldn’t be happening,” Patel wrote in the post, adding that the person’s words stung. “It’s easy to lack empathy when such a person is behind a screen.”

“I sat on this for a while, and I’m posting today for anyone who has dealt with such negativity,” she continued. “Don’t let anyone take you down — no one. At 40, I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. I’ve embraced my body, ‘blubber’ and all."
