Tracy Moore is standing her ground when it comes to her children.

On Tuesday, the Canadian television host took to Instagram to share a candid message about parenting with her 149,000 followers.

Over the years, Moore has gained a following for her honest and real content surrounding motherhood, fitness, body positivity and more.

In the video, The "Cityline" host rocked a light blue off the shoulder top and styled her long brunette locks in loose curls. She sat in the front seat of a car and filmed herself speaking openly to the camera about "having to be above" the drama her kids throw at her.

"You know what honestly sucks? Having to be above the BS you get served from your kids. Like as a parent you have to be above it," Moore said. "You gotta be like, oh, they’re just a kid you know, they can’t regulate their emotions and sometimes they spew and it just means they’re really comfortable with you because they’re not like this in the outside world. So they can spew like the s— to you and to you only."

The 47-year-old went on to explain that when her children get on her nerves, she wants to let it all out.

"You know what, I don’t like it. I want to get petty. I’m ready to be petty with my own kids. And saying it out loud makes me feel like such a jerk. But it’s true, they get under my skin," she said. "But I’m above it, because I’m the parent."

In the caption, the self-love advocate joked about her and her children's changing hormones.

"Whose plan was it to make me perimenopausal while the kids are hormonal? Who did this?" she wrote.

Fans were quick to comment on Moore's honest video and expressed their support during these "tough times."

"Kids these days, it's tough times for all parents indeed," commented a follower. "But you're a strong mamma and you got this!"

"I 100 per cent understand this! Boundaries can be really healthy to set for kids though. It’s not petty at all to hold them accountable to their words," shared someone else.

"Facts. Tracy you are here with the straight up facts and I love you for it," wrote a fan.

Last week, Moore shared a fun video of her dancing with her daughter on TikTok.

In the clip, the mother-of-two and her mini-me, Eva, grooved to the viral TikTok song "L$D" by Luclover. The duo stunned in coordinating black leather outfits and laughed while expertly pulling off their routine.

"My daughter thought this would stay in the drafts," she wrote in the caption alongside a skull emoji.

"Haha love it! I wish I could get my daughter to do this with me," commented a fan, while another wrote, "Obsessed with this."
