Ugh, get your tissues - this one's emotional.

30-year-old Jamie Snider of California - already a one-time cancer survivor - found out her rare form of cancer had returned when she was pregnant. She still went through treatment for it, according to ABC, and she beat the cancer while she was pregnant, an impressive feat.

On March 16, she ended up giving birth to two healthy twins, Camila and Nico, but in an trafic turn of events, she died the next day of congenital heart failure in emergency surgery, according to a GoFundMe that's been set up in her honor to help pay for necessary items for her infant babies.

Snider had hoped for the best before she gave birth to her kids. Her friend Larina Campanile read a post on Facebook to ABC that Snider had put up the day before she went in for a C-section, which, unfortunately, ended up being her very last post.

"Tomorrow will be a great day," Campanile read to ABC. "God has been by my side the whole time. All your prayers and love have kept me going as well. Wish me luck. I'm having a C-section at 7 and then a radial hysterectomy right after. I'll be fine. Thank you, God, for keeping me positive through all the hard times.'"

In addition to her to twins, Snider is survived by her partner and the father of her twins, Heath Coigny, and her two other daughters, Aubrey and Maddy.
