Cher Wore 2 Wild Outfits at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards

The 2017 Billboard Music Awards brought about a number of eclectic looks from some of the biggest names in Hollywood. One star who managed to make a notable impression? Cher.

The 71-year-old singer and recipient of the Icon Award took the stage to perform two of her hit songs, “Believe” and “If I Could Turn Back Time.” For the first number, Cher sported a glitzy, barely there ensemble with sliver boots and a white wig.

Her racy look featured a diamond-studded bra and a heart-shaped nipple pastie. Viewers took to social media reacting to the daring look. Many of those commenting loved it and praised her for flaunting such a look at 71 years old.

For her performance of “If I Could Turn Back Time,” the singer re-created a look she wore back in 2010 at the VMAs — a black see-through jumpsuit with jeweled detailing that revealed her black underwear. She replaced the blond wig she wore during her first performance with a voluminous black wig.

Her performance, along with the revealing jumpsuit, also received praise from viewers on social media. While accepting the Icon Award, Cher spoke about the many years she’s spent doing what she loves.

“So, I wanted to do what I do since I was 4 years old, and I’ve been doing it for 53 years,” she said. “That is not an applause thing … I’m 71 yesterday! And I can do a 5-minute plank, OK? Just saying.”
