Cheryl Hickey rocks sheer gown on the CCMA red carpet: 'Legs for days!'

Cheryl Hickey is taking cowgirl style to the next level.

On Monday, the "ET Canada" host took to Instagram to show off her western-inspired look for the 40th annual Canadian Country Music Awards in Calgary, Alta.

Hickey, who was a presenter at the event, shared a video to show fans how she prepared for the big day.

In the clip, Hickey posed in her pyjamas while holding a cup of coffee. On the screen, the words "in the wee hours of the morning" appeared before Hickey changed into a sheer black Hendrixroe top with long-sleeves.

To complete her look, the 46-year-old added a high-low tulle skirt "from the back" of her closet. She paired the ensemble with a white hat and matching cowboy boots by Montréal-based designer, L'intervalle.

"Now ready to celebrate and present at the CCMAs," she added.

Hickey's Western look was quickly met with praise from fans who praised her creativity.

"Love the look," one Instagram user commented, while another wrote, "You look amazing," with a flame emoji.

"OK, legs for days! You look so good. I love this look so much!" added another.

One fan chimed in: "Now that's a look!"

Another fan applauded Hickey for giving some shine to Canadian designers.

"You look amazing!" someone commented. "Love how you added your personality to this look, and not mention rocking Canadian Designers!"

"Yes! We stan a Canadian country queen, and I love that you're representing Canadian designers as well!" someone else echoed.

This isn't the first time that Hickey has shown love for Canadian fashion brands.

Last month, she shared a set of stunning photos in a floral long-sleeve mini dress by Indigenous fashion designer Lesley Hampton. Hickey paired the frock with nude open-toe heels.

"Wearing Lesley Hampton again on ET Canada. So grateful for all the fashion over the years. Looking forward to all the fashion ahead. Thanks, Alicia McNamara for introducing us to Lesley, and to Maria Chowdhery for keeping the fashion connection blooming," she captioned the post.
