Christmas charity display features 20ft snowman
A Christmas garden display of 10 inflatable snowmen has been raising funds for a charity supporting families that have experienced the loss of a baby.
Claire Cox has been decorating her Swindon home every Halloween and Christmas to raise money for the Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Charity (SANDS), since losing her niece Annabelle.
"It's our way of remembering Annabelle and doing something for her," said Ms Cox.
"People are managing to chip in and every small donation helps, even if it's just 50p or a pound."
This is the first Christmas display since a house fire prevented Ms Cox from doing one last year.
"We couldn't decorate last year but now we're back and bigger and better than ever," she said.
The display now features a 20ft (6m) snowman called Simon, whose hat just about touches the bottom of her roof.
"He's blocking my daughter's bedroom window and she is not impressed," Ms Cox said.
The display can be seen along Kingshill Road and will be up for a few more days.
